P & G Exterior Home Services was founded by two family members, Payton Troy and Griffin Campbell, with a shared belief: your home deserves to be taken care of by people who understand the environment it lives in.

Payton Troy, Co-Founder | P & G Exterior Home Services grew up along the Emerald Coast, where the water, beaches, warm weather, and laid-back 850 lifestyle have always been home. After graduating from Northwest Florida State College and earning his private pilot’s license.

A lifelong Emerald Coast local, Payton brings a deep connection to Northwest Florida and a strong passion for business, the outdoors, and the water.

Payton oversees the business side of P & G and is focused on building a company that customers can trust for years to come.

Griffin moved to Northwest Florida from Bloomington, Indiana, nearly a decade ago. As Payton’s brother-in-law and business partner, Griffin brought with him years of hands-on experience in the exterior home-service industry. He spent multiple years working professionally in soft washing, pressure washing, window cleaning and gutter cleaning, developing a high level of technical expertise and a strong understanding of how to properly care for different exterior surfaces.

Outside of work, Griffin enjoys football, spending time at the beach, and finding a great place to eat.

Together, we saw an opportunity to build something of our own, we know the 850.
